Muzayen lives up to top billing at Arab Championship

DOHA: Incheon Asian Games champion Abdullah Al Muzayen of Kuwait defeated Qatar’s upcoming star Abdulla Al Tamimi to win the Men’s title at the 26th Arab Squash Championship.
On Wednesday, at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex Al Muzayen won in three straight games (11-3, 11-6, 11-3). The other two individual title contests were an all-Egyptian affairs. In the Under-13, Yahya Al Nawasehi defeated Marwan Arabi   in three straight games, while the  Under-17 final saw Yusuf Ibrahim edge Zaid Mohammed 3-2.
The Peninsula
