Chef Sam Leong

DOHA: Crowne Plaza Doha The Business Park has introduced new dishes to its menu at Aramede Restaurant – the Hotel’s all-day dining.

From September 28 to October 11, guests can expect to taste appetizing dishes from Singaporean Chef Sam Leong. Dubbed as Singapore TV’s King of the Kitchens, Chef Sam’s culinary journey began in the kitchen with his father who taught him Chinese Singaporean Cuisine. Sam has had the honour of cooking for world luminaries including royal families, presidents and prime ministers. Chef Sam’s greatest pleasure is working at his own restaurant Forest, named after his wife, in his home town Singapore.

Crispy Fish in Home-Made Superior Light Soy

Crowne Plaza Doha The Business Park Executive Chef Dominique Morin and his team will re-create Chef Sam’s dishes including tempura lychee stuffed with crab meat, wasabi prawns, and crispy sea bass with home-made superior light soy sauce.

Seven celebrated international chefs have been appointed IHG Culinary Ambassadors to develop a repertoire of unique signature dishes for guests dining in IHG hotels across the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) Region.
