Doha: As the games begin at 4:15 pm today on the second day of the World Athletics Championship in Khalifa International Stadium, there are free shuttle buses arranged from different spots for all the ticket holders.
IAAFDoha2019 on its twitter account announced that shuttle buses are operating to/from the stadium every 45 minutes from Qatar Sports Club and Capital Police Station. Also, shuttle buses operate to/from Zone 1 and Zone 2 parking every 15 minutes near Aspire Printing Press / Aspire Logistics. The organisers requested visitors to follow the signs put up at the venue to avail of the facility. The shuttle service buses are free for all ticket holders.
The tweet also mentioned that since the gates open two hours prior, visitors should arrive early to avoid traffic and security queues and make use of shuttle service.
Meanwhile, Qatar Rail also announced that to ensure the safety of the IAAF 2019 visitors it has opened the pedestrian underpass leading to Khalifa Stadium for public during the time of the tournament.

Today the 50km Race Walk M / F both is scheduled to happen at 11:30 pm and for that Corniche will be closed from 7 pm to 6 am tomorrow. The road will be closed from Corniche Grand Hamad Street to Corniche Muhammed Bin Thani Street along with some peripheral roads.
Meanwhile tomorrow, September 29, the road will be closed from 7 pm to 4 am the next day.
