Ulanbaatar: Qatar Armed Forces have concluded the ‘Decisive Decision 11’ exercise with their Mongolian counterparts in the capital Ulanbaatar.

H E Major General Hamad bin Ali Al Attiyah, who is on a visit to Mongolia, attended the closing ceremony.
Mongolian Defence Minister Tserendash Tsolmon, Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Ts Byambajav, Qatari Non-Resident Ambassador Sultan bin Salmeen Al Mansouri and Mongolian commanders and Qatar Armed Forces officers were present.
The ceremony featured military parades at the end of the joint tactical exercise performed by officer cadets of Ahmed Bin Mohammed Military College and Mongolian Armed Forces officers. Live ammunition was used.
The ceremony also featured segments and audience praised the college’s officer cadets and their efficiency. The exercise was part of a training course under the supervision of specialist trainers.
Al Attiyah praised the efficiency of joint forces that participated in the exercise, stressing that the college’s officer cadets have proven their high competence and combat capability.
The Minister also stressed the importance of such participations abroad which raise the level of Qatar Armed Forces and improve combat preparedness in different circumstances and fields, noting that participation with the Mongolian armed forces was in the context of close relations between both countries.
Meanwhile, Mongolian Foreign Minister Lundeg Purevsuren and Mongolian People’s Party leader Miyeegombyn Enkhbold held separate meetings with Al Attiyah.
Talks dealt with relations between both countries and means of developing them. Al Mansouri and Al Attiyah’s delegation attended both meetings.
