QNA

Doha: The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has announced that travelers coming to Qatar from China, Hong Kong, and Macau are no longer required to present a negative pre-travel COVID-19 PCR test result. This decision will take effect from Saturday, April 1, 2023.

The decision comes after an improved COVID-19 status in this region and at the global level.

The MoPH stated that the removal of the pre-travel PCR test result for travelers from China, Hong Kong, and Macau brings an end to all COVID-19 travel restrictions in Qatar.

The MoPH encourages the community to safeguard its health and monitor local and international updates on COVID-19 to stay informed about the latest measures.
