Doha: Qatar University will be closed tomorrow due to unsteady weather conditions. This was announced by the President of the Qatar University Dr Hassan Al Derham on his Twitter handle.
He tweeted:" In the interest of the safety of university students, and due to the continued instability of the weather, Qatar University announces the suspension of the study for tomorrow, 28 October."
Also The Community College of Qatar (CCQ) announced that tomorrow the study will be suspended in the buildings of the Qatar Community College at Lusail only.
Qatar Meteorology Department expected the country to be affected from midnight until tomorrow morning by moderate to heavy thunder showers accompanied with strong wind exceeding 40 knots and poor visibility. Heavier rain expected tomorrow compared with today.
