Doha: The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Security Operations Commander H E Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al-Thani on Wednesday met with the FIFA President Gianni Infantino at the Tournament Command Centre (TCC).
The FIFA president inspected the preparations of the tournament security force and its security readiness to secure the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
He was also briefed on the progress of Watan 2022 exercise including the outcomes of the tabletop exercises that preceded the field exercises with the attendance of FIFA representatives.
Infantino hailed the efforts of the tournament security force and the readiness of various entities to undertake the roles and responsibilities vested in them.
