Doha: Ooredoo tested the power and speed of Ooredoo 5G today with Smart City technology that will be available in the future.
The telecom giant showcased many world-first technologies, including an Aerial Taxi, 5G Bus, 5G houseboat and 5G drone delivery and security during an event at The Pearl-Qatar.

Ooredoo management and several VIPs were present at the function to see the future of Qatar in action. The videos of the event were posted on their official social media account.
One of the main attraction was the world’s first Aerial Taxi. It's big enough to transport two people to a destination up to 20 minutes away with no driver and runs on the Ooredoo 5G network.
They also had on display the future of entertainment. “We have an 8K VR with ultra-realistic gaming, and when connected to Ooredoo 5G offers a seamless experience with no buffering,” the social media post said.
