30% students score above 90% at BPS in XII exams

Doha: As many as 405 students of Birla Public School (BPS) appeared for the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (Class XII) in May-June 2022.

Out of this 30 percent students scored above 90 percent and overall 79 percent students scored above 75 percent – distinction. The overall and Science stream topper is Aditya Gupta with 98.00%. The Commerce stream topper is Mohamed Sahal who scored 97.40%. The Humanities stream toppers are Jui Baliga and Shaymanti Bhowmik who scored 97.20%.

Six students in Engineering Graphics, 10 in Psychology, 1 in Economics, 3 in Sociology, 5 in Mathematics, 1 in Physics, 4 in Chemistry, 1 in Biology, 1 in Informatics Practices and 4 in Computer Science, scored Centum. Twenty-nine students got A1 grade in all the five subjects. In all, the school got 596 A1s, in various subjects. This year the school registered 83.14 % school average in Science, while it is 82.10% in Commerce, 83.72% in Humanities.
