EMCO Qatar, an integrated facilities management company, organised its third annual Family Fun Day at Banana Island on May 5. This is all about staff motivation and cultural change programme.
EMCO Family Fun Day aims for ‘work-life’ balance that encourages employees to bring their professional and personal lives together in a positive way, which provides an opportunity for the staffs and their families to engage with each other in more enjoyable and personal level, outside of the work environment
The event proved to be very successful with participation of 100 plus families. Everyone enjoyed a day out and had a great time on wide range of fun games and activities.
It was the perfect opportunity for employees to cement their relationship with their colleagues and their families.
EMCO Family Fun day ended with prize distribution for all the winners.
