Doha: The Saudi Ministry of Health has announced the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions for those coming to Saudi Arabia, including vaccination certificates against Covid-19 which is not obligatory anymore.
The Ministry tweeted yesterday that it has also removed PCR tests before coming and upon arrival, in addition to quarantine which is also not required.
The Ministry justified that the reasons for lifting the restrictions are due to the decrease in rate of positive cases to less than 4 percent and reaching vaccination rates of 99 percent for all targeted groups.
