Doha, Qatar: Temperatures in Qatar will rise further from tomorrow, the Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) announced today.
"The country is witnessing a noticeable rise in temperatures from tomorrow, Tuesday, until the weekend," QMD stated, adding that the maximum temperature would range between 42-48°C across the country.
The forecast also said that humidity is expected to rise during late night this evening until the early morning, with a "chance of mist to fog formation at Southern areas causing decrease in horizontal visibility to less than 2 km".
The public is urged to use caution this week due to the soaring temperatures.
