Doha, Qatar: Al-Adeed Service on Metrash2 allows Qatar residents and citizens to anonymously file reports regarding public morals, negative trends, violations in tourist places, administrative corruption, or if they are being threatened.
Ministry of Interior labelled the service as preventive security reporting while it shared the details of the same on its social media adding that these reports are kept confidential without revealing the identity of the complainant.
The app allows the complainant to add their comments, details on the complaint, and share a picture if need be.
The general public on the Metrash2 app can access the Al-Adeed Service through the Preventive Security option which can be found under Communicate with Us section of the app.
MOI stated that security is a joint responsibility and so has been simplifying and digitalizing services of the Ministry with most services included in its Metrash2 application.
