Doha: The President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Dr. Thomas Bach, arrived in Doha yesterday to attend the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 which kicks off tomorrow evening at Al Bayt Stadium.
The IOC President and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon their arrival at Hamad International Airport by Secretary-General of Qatar Olympic Committee and Vice-President of the Olympic Council of Asia, Jassim bin Rashid Al Buenain.
