Kuwait confirms 604 new COVID-19 cases, 5 deaths

Kuwait: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health on Friday reported 604 new COVID-19 infections, taking the country's tally of confirmed cases to 38,678. The ministry also recorded five death overnight, bringing the death toll to 313.

The ministry's Spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al Sanad said that the latest cases include 313 Kuwaiti citizens and 291 foreigners.

Earlier today, the Ministry of Health confirmed the recovery of 678 additional COVID-19 patients in the last 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 30,190. (QNA)
