Kuwaiti Amir H H Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah
Kuwait: HH the Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah will pay an official visit to the Republic of Iraq on Wednesday to discuss bilateral ties and recent regional and international developments.
The visit comes as tension is rising in the region, especially with the recent attacks on oil tankers and commercial ships, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
This is the second visit for the Amir to Iraq, with the first being in March 2012 when he headed the Kuwaiti delegation in the Arab Summit in Baghdad. (QNA)
