Doha: The State of Qatar has welcomed the announcement by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of hosting talks on Tuesday in Riyadh between the Russian Federation and the United States of America, in a move that reflects its leading role in enhancing international security and stability.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs praised the diligent diplomatic efforts of Saudi Arabia in bridging viewpoints between international parties, affirming that this initiative is an extension of its responsible role in supporting peaceful solutions and establishing dialogue as a fundamental approach to resolving disputes and enhancing international understanding.
The ministry also reiterated the State of Qatar's firm belief that dialogue is the optimal choice for resolving international crises and conflicts, and its support for all regional and international efforts aimed at achieving peace and enhancing cooperation among countries to ensure global security and stability.
