Sultan of Oman pardons 175 prisoners

Muscat: Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of the Sultanate of Oman pardoned a group of prison inmates convicted in various cases.

Oman News Agency (ONA) reported that 175 inmates were pardoned, including 65 foreign nationals.

The pardon coincides with the occasion of the 52nd National Day of the Sultanate of Oman. (QNA)
