Doha: The General Directorate of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) announced a partial closure of the Corniche road in preparation for the Qatar National Day. The closure will start from the theater intersection towards the Diwan intersection in addition to the Red Street, on Friday (December 17) from 6:30 am to 9:30 am.
On its Twitter page, the Department also stated that the road will be closed again on the same day at 1 pm to 5:30 pm.
