Doha: New traffic radars have been installed to ensure traffic regulations in Qatar, according to the Ministry of Interior (MOI).
The radars have the ability to monitor drivers who are overspeeding and using a mobile phone while driving. It will also detect motorists who are not wearing seat belts.
The Ministry stated that these traffic violations are monitored by radars installed on streets across the country.
MOI reminds the public to adhere to traffic rules to ensure road safety and reduce accidents.
