In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness month, students of the Senior Class Office at DeBakey School – Qatar organised a ‘Think Pink Day’ where nursing students from University of Calgary arranged informational activities concerning cancer awareness and prevention.
DeBakey students distributed pink ribbons and students were encouraged to wear pink tops. Fundraising activities were also arranged through the student-sponsored bake sale, photo booth sessions, and hand-crafted accessories.
