Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange index lost 54.36 points, or 0.40 percent, to reach 13.645 points, at the beginning of trading on Tuesday, compared to the levels it reached at the end of trading on Monday.
The decrease is due to the decline in the performance of industry, transport, banks and financial services sectors.
The Qatari Stock Exchange recorded, at 10:00 am Tuesday, a trading value of QR 56.816 million, distributed among 21.936 million shares, with implementation of 1990 deals.
