Kahramaa to hold skill sessions for employees

Doha: In continuation of its series of lectures/ sessions for employees’ personality development, the Human Resource Department at Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation’s (Kahramaa) will organise three cultural sessions on interpersonal skills and confidence-building. 
These will be conducted to explain aspects of behavioural traits and confidence-building to make a balance between personal and professional life of employees. 
The aim is to make staff acquainted with the art of keeping themselves at work places with ease, confidence and demonstrating social skills and balancing attitudes.
The sessions which will be addressed by experts. The first will be held today and tomorrow,  the second session on October 18 and 19 and the third on December 13 and 14.
Kahramaa has been organising a series of such productive and effective sessions to enhance its employees’ professional and social skills and strategic thinking to improve productivity, among others.
It’s  strategy aims to boost employees’ skills and contribute to their progress in line with its corporate objectives.
The focus of the programme is to support employees in creating an environment where they feel relaxed and comfortable. Interactive sessions support and encourage them in their personality development endeavours, enabling them to deliver high-quality output within a healthy work environment.
