The Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Algeria received a call on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, from a person who made a direct threat to blow up the embassy building.
In a statement issued by the embassy, it informed the competent Algerian authorities, who quickly identified the person and arrested him.
The Kingdom's embassy appreciates the efforts of the Algerian authorities, which are not surprising, and reaffirms its confidence in the Algerian security forces, which did not hesitate to protect the embassy and its employees from this threat and to bring those who committed to justice.
