Kuwait: Minister of Kuwait's Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah announced on Monday an Amiri order was issued assigning temporarily the Crown Prince to exercise some constitutional rights for HH the Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Kuwait News Agency reported (KUNA).
