Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation executives meet in Doha

Doha: President of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation (AGCFF) Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani chaired yesterday a meeting of the Executive Office of the Federation, in its headquarters at Al Bidda Tower. 

After the meeting, AGCFF Secretary-General Jassim Al Rumaihi stated that the members of the AGCFF Executive Office discussed several important topics.

The Executive Office members were also briefed on the preparations that were taken to hold the meeting of the Federation’s General Assembly - with the participation of the heads of the Gulf Football Associations, next Thursday at Sheraton Hotel. 

The Federation’s Secretary General added that during the meeting, the administrative report that was previously sent by the General Secretariat to the Gulf Federations has been approved.

Al Rumaihi also noted that the meeting also included a presentation of some proposals by the members of the Executive Office in order to develop and enhance the professional work of the Arab Gulf Cup Federation, which would contribute to the development of Gulf football and confirm its active presence on the continental and international arenas.
