QNB asks customers to keep info safe from fraudsters

DOHA: The QNB has issued a statement that the “speculations on social media that the bank's systems were compromised are false.” The bank also asked people not to respond to any calls, SMSes or emails that request personal information. Customers can also report if they received any suspicious messages at the customer care center.

A statement from the bank said:

“Kindly note that the speculations on social media that QNB's systems were compromised are false. Please don't respond to any calls, SMSs or emails that request personal information.If you receive any suspicious messages please contact the customer care center immediately on 44407711”
