Doha: The Qatar Stars League (QSL) has announced the venues and kick-off times for 2022-2023 season Ooredoo Cup semifinals and final.
Both semifinals will kick off at 21:45 on Thursday, March 23, 2023.
Umm Salal face Al Arabi at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium of Al Sadd club and Al Duhail face Al Sadd at the Suhaim bin Hamad Stadium of Qatar SC.
The final is scheduled for Monday, March 27, 2023, at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium (kick-off 22:00).
Al Duhail and Al Arabi qualified for the semi-finals after finishing in the first and second places of Group B while Al Gharafa (8) points, Al Rayyan (5) points, Al Shamal (4) points, and Al Markhiya (one point) made exit.
Umm Salal qualified as the leader of Group A with 13 points while Al Sadd finished second with nine points.
Qatar SC finished third with nine points, on goal difference, followed by Al Ahli with seven points.
Al Wakrah (4 points) and Al Sailiya (1 point) finished fifth and sixth respectively.
It may be recalled that Al Sailiya won the championship title last season, for the second time in its history.
