Doha: Qatar’s Abdullah Al Tamimi rallied from two games down to register a fighting 3-2 win over Mazen Gamal of Egypt to move into the semi-finals of the Qatar Circuit squash championship.
Yesterday at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex, the third seed struggled with his rhythm in the first two, but took the next three games 9-11, 8-11, 13-11, 11-4, 11-9 to set up a last four clash with another Egyptian, second seed Mohamed Reda.
Reda on the other hand eased past Joel Makin of Wales in straight games.
