Riyadh: The Saudi Interior Ministry announced Wednesday the killing of a person belonging to the ISIS organization and the arrest of his companion in Riyadh.
The security forces responded to intelligence on the suspects being present at a furnished apartment in the capital's Al-Rayyan district, said the Ministry, adding that the suspects have showed support to ISIS ideologies according to investigations.
The suspect resisted the security forces, wielding a weapon, which led to his killing.
The security authorities are continuing to examine the situation with the detained suspect.
