Exhibitors laud Silk Road Exhibition

Exhibitors have lauded the  Silk Road Exhibition & One Belt, One Road Conference, saying that it has given chance to meet new people and explore new business opportunities with prospective business partners. Steve Yeoh See Yin, Senior Manager Business Development at NamCheogn Limited, has lauded Silk Road Exhibition & One Belt, One Road Conference expecting more exhibitors and visitors in the next edition.

NamCheogn, Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, showcased its services and products with S’hail Shipping and Maritime Services at its pavilion. “The exhibition was great as it was oranised at well-decorated venue. I believe this is logistic solution provider exhibition on Silk Road,” said Steve Yeoh See Yin.

He hoped to see in future more marine shipping and the latest development in marine industry in the next exhibition which will make the event more integrated.

“S’hail Shipping and Maritime Services participated this exhibition as boat carrier owner. We hope to see in future more representatives from maritime industry combined with logistics to make the event a bigger exhibition to attract more exhibitors and visitors,” said Yin.

He said that S’hail introduced its services as commercial vessels’ owners. “We as offshore partner, NamCheong showcasing our offshore capabilities and vessels we owned, operating locations,” he added.
He said that the visitors can benefit from such great exhibition where they can find a perfect solution of services to enhance the business of their companies. “There are also opportunities of collaboration regarding the business of the company,” said Yin.

Mobin Jacob, Operation Manager of Westport Shipping Services said that exhibition focusing on Silk Road is very useful because it provides a platform to know the customers and clients one-to-one which is more effective for business development.

“Such exhibition helps us to build good networks with our agents establishing better business relations,” said Jacob.

Giving feedback for organisers, he said that the next edition of Silk Road Exhibition & One Belt, One Road Conference should be extended until late evening so that all section of the society can visit the exhibition. He said that the exhibition run from 10am to 5pm which is considered working time and it will be better to hold in evening to attract more people.

“Large number of people from working class can visit the exhibition if it will be held in the evening,” said Jacob.

“We as freight forwarding service provider showcased our services like import cargo from all over the world, land transportation, warehouses and local customs clearances,” said Jacob.

“We were expecting agents from all over the world, local customers, and international exporters from China, Spain, and Italy among many more.”
