Colombia: Qatar’s men’s Beach Handball team lost 2-1 to Russia in the semi-finals of beach handball tournament at the 2013 International World Games Association (IWGA) World Games, yesterday.
Qatar, who defeated Venezuela 2-0 a day earlier, will face Croatia for bronze medal.
The Qatari team began their campaign on Friday at the World Games with a 2-1 victory over Ukraine and defeated Croatia 2-0.
The Qatar Beach Handball squad includes Mohsen Al Yafae, Muhab Ali Mahfouz, Ali Ahmad Mohammad, Abdulrazaq Ahmad Murad, Hani Temban, Mahmoud Mohammad Uthman, Hassan Awad Mabrouk, Mohmoud Ahmad Hassaballah and Mohammad Ahmad Hassan.
