Mowasalat will discontinue its bus route number 74 in West Bay from December 7 due to low ridership.
Bus number 74 was introduced for those commuting along QSC stadium, Dana Club, General Post Office, Tornado Tower, Al Fardan Tower, Ashghal, City Centre Doha Shopping Mall, Al Bidda Tower and Qatar Petroleum.
The announcement published in an advisory added that there will be new routes introduced along with the launch of Doha Metro Phase 1 in December.
The transport authority said that passengers should regularly check the website for details of new services.
