Polish business community in Qatar will benefit from the Silk Road Exhibition & One Belt, One Road Conference. This event will also help in expanding bilateral relations between Qatar and Poland, according to Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha.
“We believe that representatives of the Polish business community in Qatar will benefit from the event. We have learned from many businesses that the initiative is highly valued but to be able to assess its importance fully some time need to pass and results need to be evaluated,” an official of the Embassy told The Peninsula.
“The Embassy values all opportunities to expand the business relationships between Polish and Qatari partners. We are happy to be present at the Silk Road Exhibition. We strongly believe such initiatives will help us expand our bilateral trade beyond the $1bn registered in 2018,” said the official.
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha took the opportunity to promote Poland as a reliable business partner. It was joined at the stand by Aqvarius, a local company which has successfully provided highly skilled manpower from Poland for strategic construction projects such as the Hamad International Airport, Qatar Rail or the FIFA World Cup 2022 football stadiums.
This event will help in increasing awareness among business community about Qatar’s logistic sector.
“We have met many interesting partners in the logistic and transport sectors already and we understand better the opportunities lying ahead,” he said.
