Kuwait: The Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait HH Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah said Monday that the Amir of Kuwait HH Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah's health is "noticeably improving".
This came during a Kuwaiti cabinet extraordinary meeting held today via video conference.
The Amir of the State of Kuwait arrived in the US on the July 23, to complete treatment after the successful surgical operation His Highness has undergone.
