Doha: Al Markhiya Gallery is holding an art exhibition under the title “Art Book” at Fire Station: Artist in Residence. The event will continue for two months.
The exhibition features 33 artists affiliated with a variety of schools from around the Arab world, including five Qatari artists who will showcase their innovations and skills concerning unique and distinguished experiences that pay tribute to book.
The art coordinator at Al Markhiya Gallery Anas Kotait said that each participant of the 33 artists in the exhibition would present two art works which gave a myriad of valuable art works with their diversity and heritage, and all were focused on book.
