Tony Ranta (secone left) of Finland, Paul Moor (left) of England, Jassem Darwish (right) of Kuwait and Manuel Otalora of Colombia, the top four finishers at the Emir Cup bowling tournament at the Qatar Bowling Center, in Doha, on Saturday. Fourth-seeded Ranta won his first major title defeating second-seeded Moor 477-457 in the championship match. Ranta won the top prize of $25,000 while Moor took home $12,000. Both Otalora and Jassem earned $4,000 each for finishing third and fourth. Abdul Salam, President of Qatar Bowling Federation,
gave away the prizes to the winners.
