Doha, Qatar: The inaugural Pakistan Mango Festival at Souq Waqif 'Al Hamba' has seen a large turnout, with significant mango sales during its first four days.
The exhibition sold a total of 92,363 kg of mangoes so far.
The sales distribution over the first four days is as follows:
- Day 1: 14,533 kg
- Day 2: 31,368 kg
- Day 3: 26,585 kg
- Day 4: 19,877 kg
This 10-day exhibition, which started on June 27 and will run until July 6, features 50 companies across 100 stalls.
It offers a variety of some of the best Pakistani mangoes, including Sindhri, Chaunsa, Safeed Chaunsa, Anwar Ratool, and Duseri. Additionally, the festival also presents other seasonal fruits such as falsa, jamun, and peaches, providing a broader taste of Pakistani produce.
