Doha: As part of an initiative to expand its services, Naseem Medical Centre has introduced two new super specialty departments in its Rayyan branch. Naseem Medical Centre launched departments for cardiology and urology in a ceremony held yesterday.
The event was attended by General Manager Marketing and Strategy, Dr. Munir Ali Ibrahim; General Manager Branch Operations, Babu Shanavas; Branch Heads from all seven of Naseem’s branches, and the current team of doctors at Naseem AI Rayyan branch.
The two new super specialty departments will make Naseem Medical Centre the health destination for the people of Rayyan. With the latest medical technology and state-of-the-art facilities, aided with a stringent adherence to the strictest safety protocols, Naseem is set to bring world-class care to Qatar’s convenience.
“We have come a long way since the opening of the Rayyan branch in 2017. As of today with the opening of two new departments in cardiology and urology we provide services patients in all specialties. We have grown from 6 doctors to 18 doctors and care at least 400 registered patients,” said Dr. Ibrahim.
Two new departments boast a panel of highly trained experts. Dr. Bigesh Unnikrishnan Nair who will lead the cardiology department is experienced at cardiac care having successfully completed numerous procedures. He specialises in treatments such as Electrocardiogram (ECG), Echocardiography (ECHO), Exercise Tolerance Test (Treadmill Test) and Blood Pressure Monitoring.
“We aim at giving the best care for the people in the Rayyan area and beyond. Our services include non-invasive and invasive procedures for heart ailments,” said Dr. Nair.
While, Dr Mohamed Samer Jamil Aldardary, who will lead the newly launched urology department, presents with expertise in treating issues such as urinary tract infections, lower urinary tract symptoms, prostate problems, urinary stones, male infertility disorders and male sexual health. “The urology department provides all necessary services related to urology-related conditions and if required. At Naseem Medical Centre we provide quality services for a reasonable price to benefit all patients,” said Dr. Aldardary.
Naseem Medical Centre is also conducting a complimentary consultation camp for Urology on June 4, June 5, June 11 and June 12 from 9am to 1pm at the Rayyan branch. The medical camp will be run over four days, with 16 slots available for booking per day. The camp will be conducted on an appointment basis with a total of 64 slots available.
