Doha, Qatar: Apparel Group has donated 20,000 essential clothing items to support the Eid Gift Campaign, an initiative led by the Education Above All (EAA) Foundation in collaboration with the Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS).
The campaign, which runs from March 5 to March 20, 2025, seeks to collect brand-new clothes and school bags for children and families in need in conflict areas, offering them dignity and hope during the holy month of Ramadan.
Valued at approximately QR1m, this generous contribution exemplifies the spirit of giving, compassion, and solidarity, reinforcing the significance of extending support to those in need during this sacred time.
The donation was officially presented at the Education City Mosque (Minaretein). These essential clothing items will be distributed through Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS), which will provide logistical support and ensure delivery to conflict areas before Eid, reaching the most vulnerable children and families. This initiative not only provides immediate relief but also inspires others to give back and embrace the values of kindness and generosity that define Ramadan.
Apparel Group actively supports education initiatives as part of its corporate social responsibility by collaborating to fund educational programs and improving access to quality education for under-served communities.
