Doha: beIN Media Group (beIN) has reached an agreement with FIFA, which will give the Group’s flagship sports channels, beIN Sports, exclusive broadcast rights to the closing stages of the FIFA Intercontinental Cup Qatar 2024 in 39 markets across the Middle East and North Africa, France, Asia-Pacific and North America.
The annual tournament will be hosted in Qatar from today until December 18 and brings together the champions of all six confederations for the chance to compete on the global stage and be crowned world football’s best club side.
Today, the FIFA Derby of the Americas Qatar 2024 – CONACAF Champions Cup winners, CF Pachuca from Mexico will play the winners of the CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores, Brazilian team Botafogo FR. The winner of the FIFA Derby of the Americas match will then face Egypt’s Al Ahly SC in the FIFA Challenger Cup Qatar 2024 on December 14. The winner will take on the UEFA Champions League title holders Real Madrid on December 18 when the FIFA Intercontinental Cup Qatar 2024 champions will be crowned.
